1. Cut the PE sheet to be processed according to the size, pay attention to the accuracy of the size;
2. Mark the part that needs to be bent with a pencil;
3. Hold the metal rod with pliers and heat it with a lighter. The lighter should be moved back and forth to facilitate even heating;
4. When the heat reaches a certain requirement, gently put down the metal rod according to the position marked on the PE sheet (the metal rod is overheated and should not be attached to the sheet)
5. The pe sheet becomes soft when heated and can be bent as required;
6. When bending, the viewpoint should not be in place at one time to avoid cracking or deformation of the PE sheet;
7. If the heat of the metal bar decreases, you can reheat it with a lighter, and then continue to put it on the plate;
8. Bend the PE sheet to the required angle and cool it to form.
